- Works closely with leadership team to measure the success of brand initiatives, in-store trends and market insights to drive growth
- Deliver products on time according to the production schedule
- Lead safety, quality and productivity actions in your own area
- Lead and manage your own team to achieve production targets
- Participate in logistic processes, optimization of material flows
- Responsible for tactical factory logistics operations at Independence, including outbound shipment schedule adherence, inbound off loading and put away, and line supply
- Accountable to deliver daily schedule adherence, logistics cost savings, customer service, and inventory accuracy at the Independence site
- Implement process improvement through operational scorecards and WCM methods
- Execute the product group and site level factory logistics strategy
