Core Responsibilities
1, responsible for the improvement and optimization of existing products, through user feedback and data analysis, put forward product improvement solutions, optimize product features and user experience;
2、Lead the development of new products, including demand definition, product planning, functional design, etc., to ensure that the product meets the market demand and is competitive;
3、Monitor the market performance and sales of the product, analyze the data and provide appropriate strategies and recommendations to achieve product goals and performance growth;
4、Research and follow up the industry market dynamics, understand the competitors' products, prices, sales and other information, to develop appropriate product planning and market strategy.
5、Passion for the catering industry, deep knowledge and understanding of the Asian catering industry, with a global perspective.
Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience as a product manager in food and beverage industry is preferred;
2、Familiar with market research and competitive analysis, able to distill effective market information;
3, sensitive to the product, with strong innovation ability, data analysis and interpretation ability, timely product improvement and optimization proposals;
4, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork consciousness.
5, Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact and work with various levels of the company’s management.
6, Detailed, analytical, able to multitask and handle pressure well.
7, Able to work independently with minimum supervision
8, Able to commence work in short notice
9, Fluent Mandarin communication
