· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Develop and maintain a filling system.
· Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letter, faxes and forms.
· Maintain and ordering of stationery stock.
· Maintain and update company employee’s contact lists.
· Assist on application and renewal of workers work permit.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Take detailed minutes in meeting.
· Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as requires.
