Responsibilities
- Accountable for the day to day sales of 3rd party distribution in APAC region & execution of sales targets to distribution partners
- Monitor performance and progress weekly and monthly
- Share updates on the region and activities to create demand to end customers.
- Work closely with regional sales colleagues on opportunities
- Assuring transfer of product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders (company employees and dealer/end customer)
- Responsible for creating, providing, and communicating product related news to support the sales teams
- Responsible for creating and providing product material/information/presentation
- Creating product analysis/statistics for action plans and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma with at least 5-10 years of product sales experience with MNC
- Industry knowledge, culinary/kitchen operations experience an asset.
- Good understanding of regional commercial process, sales, , distribution development and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with different audiences quickly.
- Business/financial acumen.
