HR cum Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in full recruitment cycle.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related matters.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in HR System and filling.
  • Assist in Payroll Processing
  • Knowledge on Employment Law
  • Assist in Work permint / pass application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
  • Maintain a good record documents and filling
  • Other admin duties as required

ATTRIBUTES:

  • Applicant should display a highly committed, willingness to learn and can-do attitude
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
  • Maintain good relationship with staff from all level

REQUIREMENTS:

  • O level / Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge on HR system & MOM rules and regulation
  • Able to start immediately is an added bonus
