Customer Service Manager

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent service to co-living residents.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Develop strategies to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement initiatives to foster a sense of community within co-living spaces.
  • Address resident concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve maintenance, billing, and other resident-related issues.
  • Establish clear communication channels with residents to keep them informed of relevant updates and events.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Implement and monitor service quality standards to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with other departments to streamline operational processes and enhance the resident experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in customer service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
