Responsibilities
· Team lead role; manage and hands-on in delivering value to company and customers
· Build and expand the team
· Consult, analyze, formulate, and deliver successful grant applications
· Lead (as consultant) and deliver our SME Accelerator Programme; tailor-made pitch deck, teaser, financial material/presentation, etc.
· Business-savvy, consultative and customer centric in engaging and delivering to customers
· Support sales and marketing as Subject Matter Expert towards client facing
· Lead, identify and conduct related corporate financial research across diverse sectors,
· Apply and package researched pieces as part of marketing material
· Create, structure, and manage the researched database (customers, industries, company sizes, profitability, revenue, etc.)
· Proactive in ideation to better company solutions and new product development
· Undertake new assignment upon tasked
Requirements
· 3-5 years of related experience (advisory, corporate training, financial sectors)
· Pactising consultant, with ESG recognised certificate (RMC, SBACC, TUV-Sud)
· Diploma or Degree (preferred; Business, Banking and Finance)
· Flair in consultancy and research
· Business, Macroeconomics and Financial savvy
· Customer Oriented
· Proficiency in English/Mandarin (read/write)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Multi-task and creative
Remuneration
● Basic + Commission + Incentives + Bonus + Employee Share option
● S$60K-120K annually
