Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible compiling tender information to identify key activities and confirm that tender requirements are within the capability of the Company.
- Provide support to the Commercial Department on claims, extension of time, cost control and financial recovery from customers.
- Assist in reviewing customer draft contracts to ensure compliance to project specifications and to identify deviations from accepted company policy, practices and any unusual business or logistical risk.
- Obtain global and regional cost data using market intelligence on projects competitors are bidding, executing and obtain competitors’ pricing, if possible.
- Maintain relationship with potential customers and with existing customers.
- Support General Manager, Marketing and Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
- Responsible for planning and organizing marketing related tasks and activities, such as sundowner events.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Job Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Familiar with tender, proposal and estimating process and with prior experiences
- Min 2 years experience with techno-commercial bids & tenders in marine & offshore fabrication for oil & gas industry
- Excellent Organisation, communication, negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contract law would be an added advantage
