This position reports to the General Manager (Administration) and to provide adminstrative support.
- Perform company's general administrative functions.
- Assist in all training-related matters.
- Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationeries, office equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc.
- In-charge of office facilities management including operation related maintenance and contracts matters.
- Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting for timely payment to vendors.
- Manage company's accreditation programs with regards to maintenance of quality records and ISO management programs.
- Handle ISO document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist in organising / coordinating company events and activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin (to handle mandarin speaking vendors).
- Previous experience in handling ISO/ Bizsafe is an advantage.
- An organised and pro-active team player who is able to work with minimum supervision.
- 5-D work week.
- Willing to work in Jurong.
