In summary:
- The current working location is at Northstar@AMK but we will be shifting to JTC Medtech Hub which is in Boon Lay area from Apr/May onwards.
- Someone staying in the west will be preferred.
- This position is eligible for OT payment where applicable, possible to earn up to $3800 per month or more, with base salary at $2850.
- Flexible working arrangement, with a few days work from home per week.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Process customer purchase orders and entry to ERP system daily via Email and Fax
· Process Picking List and Invoice for warehouse for picking and delivery
· Process CN/DN
· Follow up on pending orders and to make sure the completion of order
· Filling on completed Invoice
· Printing of invoices, AWB of online orders (Eg : Shopee, Lazada , Qoo10)
· Update sales team on orders status whenever is required
· Liaise with logistics team on priority orders to shipped
· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office Apps such as Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
· Experienced in ERP system(Sage 300) will be preferred
· Ability to read and write English
· Ability to work independently
