Digital Marketing Sales Executive

The role might require off-site work and participation in various sales and marketing events as per operational needs and the nature of activities.


Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (SGT)

Flexibility is required to meet operational demands, including occasional overtime. In such instances, compensatory time off is provided to ensure work-life balance.

About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Executive to enhance our team's capabilities at Northstar Creative. In this role, you will be essential in acquiring new clients, identifying sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, closing deals via prospecting and quality leads provided by the company.


Key Responsibilities in A Nutshell

  • Establish new clients, cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
  • Selling of our services which include Content Creation, SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads (Meta, TikTok) and Website Development solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet business targets.

• Engage with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored marketing solutions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively present our services and capabilities.

• Manage and update client databases and CRM systems for sales tracking.

• Participate in sales meetings and presentations, fostering strong client relationships.

• Keep abreast of market trends and developments to inform sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

• A Diploma or a Degree.

• Candidates without experience are welcome as training is provided.

• Candidates with related experience is a bonus.

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong initiative and result-oriented approach.

• Positive mentality.

• Team player.
