- Laptop, POS, Peripherals knowledge
- HQ and support multiple locations (travelling frequently between sites)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support and assist in any troubleshooting required not limited to IT Hardware, software, network, active directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Install and maintain IT related components (Laptop, POS system, software, systems, network, printers) and IT Asset List
- Manage project vendors and make sure projects are successfully delivered by vendors, including outsourcing and liaising with vendors for IT equipment
- Work closely with various departments to roll-out projects relating to system enhancements
- On-site support Island-wide when required
- Attend to Ad-hoc projects and other IT related matters when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 3 years of IT related experience
- Possesses knowledge in IT infrastructure such as network, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
- Knowledge in POS (Point-Of-Sales) is an added advantage
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate objectives and solutions with vendors and colleagues
- Ability to form initiatives and possess time management skills
