Responsibilities:
- To manage inbound and outbound cargos and operation activities.
- Handle Transportation arrangement and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- To be responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels.
- Work on monthly billing report for transportation and warehouse customers, do system invoicing, inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- To assist with warehouse team leader/Manager for quality control and continuous improvement.
- To conduct the cost saving within the team.
- Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment in Singapore
- Familiar with MS Office
- High attention to detail who is meticulous and efficient.
