Position: Speech Therapist for Adults
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acquired communication, cognitive, fluency, voice and swallowing disorders in adults.
- Provide insightful feedback to clients and their families regarding assessment results.
- Establish intervention goals and prepare personalized intervention plans.
- Conduct ongoing therapy sessions to address the unique needs of adult clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and records of client progress.
- Utilize cutting-edge practices, with a focus on dysphagia management.
- Prior experience in dysphagia is essential, with expertise in Modified Barium Swallow and FEES considered a bonus.

Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Eligible registration to practice as a Speech Therapist.
- Proven experience in managing acquired communication, cognitive, fluency, voice and swallowing disorders in adults.
- Strong expertise in dysphagia management; experience in Modified Barium Swallow and FEES is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
