Responsibilities
· Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.
· Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money
· Support tender and execution of projects
· Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design
· Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc) to produce shop drawings
· Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review
· Familiar with oil tank construction and oil pipeline laying
· Coordinate site activities during construction
· Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc
· Ensure the smooth completion of the project
· Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management
Requirements
· A recognised Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction industry
· Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage
· Candidate should carry a proactive attitude
