We seek a motivated and talented Marketing Associate to join our growing team at AM Collective. Responsibilities:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, updates, and meetings
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and execute initiatives that align with clients' goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, copywriting, and content production
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client servicing
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
