Working Location: Tampines Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Hourly Pay: $11.50/hr
Work Period: Immediate till end February 2024 (subject to further extension based on performance)
No Prior Experience Required
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with incoming enquiries from customers
- NO SALES INVOLVED
- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Requirements:
- GCE A Level and above
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills
