- Answering of telephone calls, direct calls; receive and relay messages
- Procurement of stationery
- Receive, sort and distribution of mails
- Monitor pantry items inventory (e.g beverages and snacks, place order when required)
- Liaise with department head on office administration matters
- Maintain the filing system in the office
- Record new invetory in the system
- Assist in web posting for new products
- Perform all duties assigned with positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative diligence
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned by the Management
