Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians on the day-to-day operations
- Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults within stipulated timeframe
- Supervision of contractors’ performance to maintain the service standard
- Ensure maintenance is carried out per schedule and accordingly to the requirement
- Coordinate and liaise with term contractors
- Prepare and manage quotations for improvement, repair and rectification works
- Verifying contractors’ quotations, service reports and invoices
- Issuing of Purchase Order to contractors and ensure works are carried out accordingly timely
- Carry out regular inspections of the building / facilities
- Assist in emergency drills and provide logistics support for any events held in the building
- Any other ad-hoc FM related duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services
- With 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IFM related field
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant) is an added advantage
- Only Singaporean
