The Role : Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone who will be the first contact point of our customers. Customer’s satisfaction is our utmost priority and assisting their inquiries with in-dept knowledge about our products, clear understanding about their inquiries/needs, empathy, and friendly attitude within a timeline is a key for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer’s inquiries/ complaints via Email, Call, Direct Message (IG/FB), MarketPlace Chat (Shopee), or What’s app.
- Provide appropriate information about the product/service with in-depth knowledge of the products/service and up-to-date information about the event/ promotion/ deals/ marketing plans, etc.
- For customer’s complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution with understanding of the customer’s concerns and needs.
- Provide standardized quality service with a friendly and helping attitude.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Creating customer’s orders manually whenever needed and helping the payment process.
- Keep track of exchange cases with a customer and relevant team till it’s completely resolved and the customer is happy.
- Take responsibility in Shopee Chat Performance – Sending a simple reply might be required out of working hours
Requirements:
- An excellent command of English and intermediate level of Chinese
- A high attention to details
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly under pressure & Multi-task
- Flexible to be able to adapt to fast changing needs
- Able to handle stress to deal with a broad range of challenges
- Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Must be Singaporean, Singapore PR, or Korean
