Job Responsibilities:
General Ledger/ AR
- Staff will assist the Finance team with the year-end closing activities and external audit.
- Donations receipts (via cheque, credit card, online) and accounting in Workday and issuance of Tax-Deductible Receipts.
- Prepare reports (Annual Statistic Report, e-collection statistic report etc.) as requested by the management.
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare journal records for revenue, bank charges, adjustments, etc.
- Assist in prepare monthly and quarterly GL and GST report and e-collections report
- Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and follow up on reconciliation items.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting.
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge and experience in handling matters relating to Donation will be an advantage.
- Good in Microsoft Excel , and multitasking
