Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage technical and management aspects of projects
- Manage construction project and control material and labor costs
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor project progress
- Liaise and coordinate with all involved parties to ensure successful project implementation
- Manage daily project operations and advise workers on construction process
- Obtain and verify construction materials and schedule daily construction work
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction/interior design industry
- Good communication skills and relevant site experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with high initiative
- Good team player and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
