Responsibilites:
- Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP FICO and SAP BPC modules to meet the organization's financial and reporting requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolve incidents based on root cause analysis
- Conduct business requirements gathering, analyze and implement appropriate solutions. Ensuring integration with other SAP modules and business processes.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP functionalities
- Organize and participate in testing activities to ensure reliability of the solutions. Ensure test results are documented. Provide UAT training and support as required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, e.g., functional and technical specifications, etc. Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made during system updates or enhancements
- Collaborate with outsource partners to track progress of issues and change requests against expected SLAs. Review vendor proposed solutions to ensure adherence to overall system design and architecture
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of the SAP modules. Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends
- Participate and provide support to activities such as Audits, DRP exercises, User Authorization Reviews, etc.
- Manage SAP/ERP projects enhancements/implementation where necessary
- Collaborate and cooperate with ERP Manager to achieve overall objectives of SAP ERP team
Requirements:
- Possess minimum 2-3 years of hands-on SAP ERP functional support and implementation experience, particularly in SAP FICO (GL/AP/AR/AM/CO/PS) modules
- Good knowledge of key integration points between SAP ERP modules (in particular SAP MM/PP/PM/QM/SD) to SAP FICO
- Experience in SAP BPC/BW will be an advantage
- Completed at least 1 to 2 cycles of SAP project implementation
- Experience in ABAP and SAP user-exits is required
- Good team player, responsible and conscientious

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to articulate and convey information concisely
- Be able to work under stress and tight project timelines.
