· Working Location: Jurong East
· Hourly Rate: $11.50 per hour
· Able to commit immediately till end February 2024 (Subject to monthly extension)
· Mon - Fri Office Hours (No work is required on weekends and PH)
Responsibilities:
- Render assistance to customers on their enquiries on schemes and services of the company
- NO SALES INVOLVED
- Training will be provided
Requirements:
- GCE ”O” Level and above
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills
