Responsibilities :
· To show, sell and present our product (Soft Furnishing) to Designers and end-users.
· To get well-versed and keep up with our exclusive range of products (mainly fabrics and leather).
· Attend incoming calls & customer queries regularly and promptly.
· Provide and maintain excellent customer service & build up good rapport. Pride yet pleasure to prioritise customer’s experience with our well-established brands.
· Other duties as assigned by Senior or Team Leader
Requirements:
· Good self-motivated, enjoy selling and customer service oriented pleasant personality. Possess a positive working attitude.
· Highly Responsible, well organized and good follow up skills with good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
· Prior retail sales experience is an advantage
· A hands-on person, willing to learn, strong team player and able to work with minimum supervision
