Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage teams to drive growth of brands
- Developing and implementing action plans to achieve sales targets
- Providing training to staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their job effectively
- Reviewing and addressing performance issues of retail staff in a timely and effective manner
- Ensuring that staff comply with company SOPs
- Collaborating with store in-charge and retail staff to resolve internal and customer conflicts
- Supervising, coaching, and motivating retail staff to work towards common objective
- Participating in and providing feedback on the effectiveness of store activities and brand events
- Monthly reporting on gelato production to ensure cost efficiency and avoid stock loss
- Maintaining and monitoring the equipment to ensure they are in good condition and advising if any maintenance needs to be performed
- Maintaining adequate stock levels in stores to optimize sales performance
- Controlling replenishment and delivery schedules
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a F&B / Retail Operations position
