- Assist the Floor Manager in all aspect with regards to dining and operational matters
- Assist to Co-ordinate daily Front of house
- Deliver superior service and customer satisfaction
- Respond to customers complaints and feedback
- Plan duty roster
- Assign duties ensuring equity of work.
- Ensure that staff meet hygiene and discipline standards.
- Ensure that the service station is clean and neat
- Receive, greet, and seat guests.
- Present the bills and receive payment correctly
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor or similiar role
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Pleasant disposition and able to effectively interact with subordinates and customers
