- To check and ensure freshness of produce received and served for the business at all times
- To keep a high standard of careful and meticulous food preparation and quality according to the Japanese way as instructed by Chefs and according to Company’s direction
- To ensure hygiene and cleanliness of food and kitchen operations at the highest industry standards
- To assist in the preparation of Staff meal, if necessary
- To assist in dishwashing
- To work with team to provide efficient operation, hygiene, cleanliness and service delivery
- Assist and manage any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as required by management
