The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure that the company's computer systems and IT infrastructure are running smoothly.
- Assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
- Install, configure and maintain all IT related systems and equipment.
- Advise end-users on Corporate IT & Information Security Policies and procedures.
- Manage IT inventory.
- Participate in improvement projects; designing solutions and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and/or deliver IT software, systems and best practice related training.
- Procurement of IT related equipment & software.
- Liaise with vendors for support, warranty and service agreements.
You

- A minimum of 3+ years working experience within a corporate ICT function.
- A polytechnic diploma or a bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, analytics or a similar relevant subject.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 10 & 11), hardware troubleshooting, software installation and configuration.
- A deep understanding of Office 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and more.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI for creating custom solutions and automations.
- Proven ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Python programming would be an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Excel macros & VBA.
- Strong interest in IT technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), IT best practices and Automation.
