  • Position : HR Senior Executive (MUST HAVE EXP IN WORK PASS APPLICATION /Recruitment/ Admin / Staff Benefits/ Workpass Application) - ALL WELCOME
  • Location : GILSTEAD ROAD (Nearest MRT: Newton -18 mins walk)
  • Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4700 + Performance bonus (At least 1 month)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform Human Resource Functions and Duties and general admin roles including system administration.
  • Support and review MY office in recruitment includes, administering the Manpower Requisition Form for replacement and new headcounts, not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
  • Oversee and support MY office in liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to understand and support their recruitment needs.
  • Oversee the managing of the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms and job search portals by MY Office
  • To collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives.
  • Review Weekly and monthly report for recruitment results for further action plan.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Maintain a good relationship with candidates and see them through the completion of their probation.
  • Manage the Annual Performance Review exercise, provide guidance to department heads to establish KPIs, evaluate performance and ensure reviews are completed within the timeline.
  • Manage all Work pass related matters.
  • To perform any HR related projects or duties as and when assigned



Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or any equivalents
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in both agency and in-house
  • MUST HAVE minimum 3 Experience years in work pass application
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisition
  • Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
