We are looking for a qualified Project Manager. Candidate must have qualification in Project Management, Building & Construction Management, or Civil or Engineering or similar. The candidate should from an Interior Design, Construction, MEP, or Main Contractor background are highly desirable.
Key roles and responsibilities
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specialized in Architecture/Interior Design/Construction or equivalent.
- Liaise/Coordinate with team members and partners in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master program, and financial budgets
- Responsible for multiple project development progress, quality and cost control
- Cooperate with internal (senior management/designers/QS/etc) and external stakeholders (client, main contractor, etc) to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements.
- Monitor
- Monitor the execution of the works, construction progress and mitigating any project risks and smooth handover are achieved.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Project Manager
- Solid experience in large commercial/corporate office fit out projects preferred (new build and renovations would be advantageous) including a sound knowledge of MEP.
- Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budget
- Preferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ablility to manage various contractors by giving proper instructions and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on site.
