- Position : Project Executive/ Manager (Experience in Construction Industry)- ALL WELCOME
- Location : Woodlands Sector 2, (Nearest MRT: Admiralty MRT)
- Working hours : 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $5000 (Basic Salary $3200 + up to $10,000 Commission)
- Duration : Contract : Renew every 2 years, pay increment every 6 months
- Industry : Construction / Scaffolding
Main Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
- Manage 3-4 groups of workers.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
- Weekly visits site meeting when required.
- Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
- Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible
- Able to work under pressure.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
