Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Creative Vision: Infuse creative thinking into marketing strategies to captivate audiences and set our brand apart in the fashion e-commerce industry.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and shape marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Digital Marketing:
- Innovative Content: Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing a unique fashion perspective.
- SEO and SEM: Apply analytical thinking to SEO and SEM efforts to optimize website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic effectively.
- Experimentation: Encourage a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to refine marketing campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Creative Brand Expression: Continuously evolve and express the brand's identity creatively across all marketing materials.
- Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations that align with our brand's creative vision.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Performance Metrics: Define performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing and interpreting data to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Conversion Optimization: Apply analytical insights to optimize the conversion funnel, improving the online shopping experience.
Budget Management:
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, making data-backed decisions to maximize the return on marketing investments.
Team Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in fashion e-commerce marketing at least 3 years and above.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce technologies.
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and consumer behaviour.
