Roles and Responsibilities
- Cook all kinds of INDIAN Food such authentic south Indian, Tiffin & North Indian curry etc.
- Help in dishwashing, preparing ingredients, culinary skills, Kitchen cleaning and different tasks given to you as and when required.
- To have the option control squander with great stock turn, ordering and temperature control
- Able to make quality prata with speed to the restaurant needs and turnaround time.
- Able to make prata Dough for the shops. Know how to make sambal for meegoreng.
- To agree and keep up all Health and safety measures inside the kitchen and the Hall.
- To comply to all restaurant rules and conditions of employment. Has at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public Holidays.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The successful candidate will be required to wear company issued uniforms in adherence to Resort’s grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
- Manage food costing and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
