This advertisement is for Student Care Executive.
If successfully selected, candidate will be deployed in local MOE schools.

Contract Period: 01 Feb 2024 to 31 Jul 2024.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Student Care Executive Duties
- Attendance matters
- Discipline duties
- Oversee special programmes for at-risk students
- Patrolling within school compound
- Patrolling the immediate neighborhood around school
- Accompany school staff for house-visits
- Assist in smoking cessation programme
- Student Management Administrative duties
- Canteen duties
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties for at-risk students
2. Assist School Administrative Team in clerical work, receptionist duties and minimal estate management (if needed to)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Preferably GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate
- Those with no academic certification but with relevant experience may still apply.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to communicate in English and one other language (i.e. Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
- IT Savvy. Proficient in MS Office
- Receptive and able to work independently
- Excellent team-player who is organised, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task
- Preferably one (1) year of working experience with challenging students
