Our client is a real estate SGX-listed company which is an all-rounder in real estate development, investment, capital and property management. They are currently looking for individuals who wishes to pursue and advance their career in Asset Management.
This position will assist the Asset Management department to develop and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and maximise assets' value.
Job Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / reporting and portfolio strategy including divestments and asset enhancement initiatives
- Portfolio Management including annual valuation and budgeting
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
- Meticulous, with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

Salary: Up to $4,500 + variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
