Job Scope
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and negotiate settlements.
- Liaise with legal advisors to pursue legal action for debt recovery, when necessary.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
- Continuously improve the debt collection process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics Commerce, or any other relevant education
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in field collection experience (financial services industry)
- Possess Class 3 License is an added advantage
