- Position : Corporate HR Manager (Planning / Staff Benefits / Handle 10 companies)
- Location : GILSTEAD ROAD (Nearest MRT: Newton -18 mins walk)
- Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8000 + Performance bonus (At least 1 month)

Main Responsibilities:
- Head the HR Department of the Group of Companies (10 companies) in all matters HR and people management.
- Overseas about 400 headcounts in Singapore and Malaysian office
- To be responsible for corporate HR services in serving all the Business Units (BU) to meet their HR needs, not limited to all manpower regulatory compliances of the companies.
- To lead a team of HR executives and Juniors under your supervision, in meeting the department KPIs and coaching them towards work excellent and good Espirit de Corps.
- To support the group’s future direction of outsourcing certain functions to 3rd party firms, overseas satellite office or freelancers to improve efficiency and reduce cost of HR related functions.
- To support the group’s direction in designing C&B framework for all levels of staff to align contribution with reward and encourage a performance-based result-oriented culture.
- Be always prepared to actively involve in the day-to-day running of the department duties to serve the company wide people and manpower needs.
- To understand the diversified BUs’ manpower requirements and strive to fulfil these requirements within the reasonable lead time.
- Actively leading the Group to overcome its HR bottlenecks and end-to-end human capital management solutions.
- Be prepared and, work towards a digitized and automated HR processes to enhance productivity.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Board of Directors and MRs
Requirements:
- Good experience in organizational development
- Pretty hands-on to guide and advise the HR team member.
- Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight project timelines.
- Be open and approachable to all members.
- Good people and communication skills
- Experience in Timesoft System is an advantage.
