Job Scope:
- Facilitate the review of accounts/access rights of Contractors who are accessing Government network
Facilitate the physical access applications of Contractors who are accessing Government premises
Facilitate service requests from project team to support the project implementation
Book meetings and schedule events
Assist in other IT admin and logistics support to project team
Experience in using MS Office
Effective team player, able to work independently and yet escalate when encounter with issue
Any adhoc tasks assign by supervisor
Requirement - Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous with good written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel.
Dipoma /Degree in IT
