XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant (6 months contract) providing support to accounts receivable and carry out tasks assigned by the line manager.
The successful incumbent should be able to commence immediately.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure Various duties and functions, which included issuing school fees invoices and collection of fees.
- Assist with the issuance of receipts.
- Providing fees compilation.
- Assist with refund status.
- Follow up closely on AR Ageing.
- Handling walk-in parents and queries.
- Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
Person Specifications
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or other relevant fields.
- 0-2 years of work experience in Accounting or related Business.
- Team player and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles & comfortable managing high volume of manual data in multiple systems.
- Excellent English Language Communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail & organised and methodical approach to a task.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Positive mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside other staff from various departments.
