Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with various departments and customers to ensure smooth transaction in all import & export shipments and cross-trade operational matter
- Support Marketing and Sales Team in all marketing and customer support activities as needed
- Responsible for shipment booking, planning, coordinating, transportation, billing, job closing and verifying freight invoice etc.
- Customer service ad-hoc duties
- Provide rate quotes and lead commercial negotiations with customers
- Organise regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts and critical personal at various client organizations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant shipping customer service experience
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Equipped with knowledge in basic international shipping rules,shipping terms and related customs requirements
- Self-motivated
