Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
Salary: S$3500 - S$4500

Duration: 1 year contract
Responsibilites:
- Run infrastructure/ broadcast system operations.
- Ensuring that all programme and department operations run seamlessly.
- Managing the implementation of infrastructure changes and maintenance routines as agreed upon.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of infrastructure replacement plans.
- Assist various programmes in the school to streamline, digitize, and automate work processes for a best possible infrastructure to support the teaching needs of students and faculty.
- Maintain service level agreements and service improvements, and other areas.
- Maintain service-level objectives and targets, monitoring these objectives to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded.
- Maintain client satisfaction metrics and service procedures, constantly reviewing and analyzing these metrics to propose recommendations to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in media or equivalent certification in a related domain.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant and related working experience in media, broadcast and AV field.
- Familiarity with the design and infrastructure of media, broadcast, AV equipment and technology.
- Proficient in problem diagnostics and resolution, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Administering, deploying, configuring, and installing software/hardware, and development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Good oral and writen communication skills.
- Works collaboratively with peers and technical team at various levels in the organization.
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and coherent manner.
