Regional Finance Director

The Regional Finance Director is responsible for developing and executing the group's overseas comprehensive financial strategies to ensure the stability and health of the company's financial position. Additionally, you will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, treasury management, investment strategies, and foreign exchange risk management. In a specific sector, the annual import volume contributes to roughly one-fourth of China's total annual imports, generating nearly 30 billion RMB in annual revenue. With a presence in 11 overseas countries, our client is currently hiring a finance senior leadership to advance its global expansion and digitalization strategy. DescriptionResponsible for the financial management of the company, developing and executing financial strategies and goals to ensure the stability and health of the company's financial position.Responsible for formulating and reviewing the company's financial budgets and financial statements, overseeing and controlling the achievement of financial results, and providing financial analysis and decision-making support.Manage and supervise the company's treasury management, including cash flow management, fund allocation, and fund forecasting.Research and analyze the company's investment needs, develop and execute investment strategies, and provide investment advice and proposals.Track and analyze dynamics in the capital market, identify suitable investment and financing channels, and financing products.Responsible for communication and negotiation with banks and other financial institutions, conducting financing and financing contract negotiations.Oversee and manage foreign exchange risk, formulate and execute foreign exchange management strategies, and engage in foreign exchange transactions and hedging operations.Research and analyze international financial markets and exchange rate fluctuations, providing reference opinions for the company's foreign exchange decisions.Monitor and analyze dynamics in the foreign exchange market, promptly adjust foreign exchange management strategies to reduce foreign exchange risk.Manage the financial team, organize and guide team members' work, and enhance team performance and capabilities. ProfilePrevious professional experience in international trade, supply chain finance, or the agricultural products industry.Over 15 years of expertise in financial and finance management for listed companies, with outstanding skills in financial analysis, fund & investment management, and foreign exchange risk management.Familiarity with investment and financing channels and products, with experience in investment decision-making and financing negotiations.Proficient in foreign exchange risk management tools and methods, demonstrating strong foreign exchange risk management capabilities.Strong professional ethics and moral qualities, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to engage with China stakeholders.
