Qualification & Certificates:
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Training courses:
- Apply Workplace Safety & Health in Process Plant (AWSHPP)/Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant (SWSHPP)
-MS Office
Experience:
- Preferably 2-3 years' experience in oil, petrochemical and refinery plant, utilities, and cryogenic processes. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Practical working experience covers Oil, LNG/Gas and Petrochemical in loading and unloading operations at Terminals, on Tankers, Chemical and LNG Gas carriers, management of Ship Shore operations.
- Practical working knowledge of mechanical equipment, heat transfer equipment cryogenic equipment, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps and LNG handling and storage.
- Fluent in writing and verbal English, fluent in other languages would be an advantage.
- Class 3 license is a must for operation needs.
The LNG Cargo Assistant Loading Master responsibilities are:
1. Carry out LNG loading, bunkering operations and custody transfer from/to Floating Living Lab (LNG Bunkering facility).
2. Carry out loading and unloading process for LNG cargoes between vessels, ISO tanks, tanker trailer, truck loading unit (TLU) and vice versa.
3. Support other activities in relation to FueLNG businesses and services such as cool down, gassing-up in support of commissioning activities for LNG powered vessels etc.
4. Maintain records such as bunkering checklist, Certificate of Quality and Quantity (COQQ) and Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) of all activities occurred in the shift and to ensure proper changeover of shift including any follow-up activities requirement.
5. Conduct periodic routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment including onboard Floating Living Lab, tanker trailer, hoses, couplings, valves to ensure safe operating conditions.
6. Secure and prepare equipment and work sites for LNG bunkering work according to Safe Operating Procedures requirements such as safety zone preparation, FFE in place, dew point check, earthing point and etc.
7. Support training of new personnel or contractors for all LNG operations.
