We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist with general administration for a high networth family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in tasks that support the proper functioning of a family’s personal life.
- Help to coordinate functions, events and other activities.
- Plan for children’s education and learning activities.
- Arrange travel including flights, cars, lodgings, dining and other activities.
- Handle administration matters such as general payments and insurance.
- Run errands for personal items and food where required.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc matters as requested by the family.
Your Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant in a family administrative role.
- Resourceful, practical and efficient in problem solving.
- Able to communicate well with external counterparties and/or service providers.
- Able to drive, stay calm and has experience driving young children is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
