Personal Assistant

Parabolea Pte. Ltd.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist with general administration for a high networth family.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in tasks that support the proper functioning of a family’s personal life.
  • Help to coordinate functions, events and other activities.
  • Plan for children’s education and learning activities.
  • Arrange travel including flights, cars, lodgings, dining and other activities.
  • Handle administration matters such as general payments and insurance.
  • Run errands for personal items and food where required.
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc matters as requested by the family.

Your Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant in a family administrative role.
  • Resourceful, practical and efficient in problem solving.
  • Able to communicate well with external counterparties and/or service providers.
  • Able to drive, stay calm and has experience driving young children is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
