Responsibilities:
- Receive, validate, and process sales orders.
- Confirm, monitor, reschedule, and reconfirm orders as needed.
- Verify product availability and collaborate with the planning team to ensure order fulfillment by the required delivery date.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other customer-required documents.
- Maintain close follow-up and coordination with countries to provide timely and accurate information about orders.
- Communicate with the warehouse for order picking, packing, shipping conditions, and shipment booking to ensure timely collection and dispatch of goods.
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the escalation point for shipment issues, clarifications, and support.
- Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with forwarders and the 3PL team.
- Manage and track spot quote Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for exceptional shipment requirements and cost control.
- Proactively explore cost-saving and sustainability opportunities, driving their implementation.
- Manage the Transportation Management System (TMS) dashboard and ensure data accuracy, collaborating with the transport team and forwarders to maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics or business related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in supply chain order fulfilment management
- Solid knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirement
- Experienced user of ERP system, preferably SAP
