Job Responsibilities :-
- Managing front desk, including answering phone calls, Whatsapp messages, emails
- Handling patients’ inquiries and providing general information about the clinic’s services.
- Schedule patients appointments and maintaining appointment calendars
- Informing patients about completed health screening medical reports,reminding/ recalling patients for appointments/ reviews
- Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
- Prepare completed laborato
- Back end support duties, assist in clerical and data entry.
- Prepare submission for corporate claims and insurance claims.
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Qualification & Experience:-
- Min GCE “N”/”O” level and above
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Competent in using computer, Microsoft word, Excel and emails.
- Front line customer experience
- Good communication skill
- Able to work 5.5 days include Saturday half day.
