Morgan McKinley is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join the team for a 6 months contract with possibility to extend or to go permanent!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and compile data into a single data set in order to conduct QA/QC.
- Combine and compile data for data quality controls, and document process in preparation for assurance and to build an SOP.
- Complete data substantiation checklist
- Complete required data substantiation and attestation checklists. This is a governance mechanism that ensures that the business unit confirms data accuracy
- Transform the data set into schema
- QA/QC the data upload
- Confirms transformation of data set is representative of the activity data
- Follow guidance provided to upload activity and business dimension files
- Business dimension files are financial mapping files required for stitching that are owned by AWS Finance, and they are required to follow the same QA/QC review, substantiation and transformation process as activity data (outlined in steps above).
Job Requirements:
- At Least 1-2 years of admin, PMO, data entry experience
- Experience transforming and cleaning large data sets including implementing automation and basic statistical analysis
- Knowledge of sustainability and its metrics, preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and its products including intermediate Excel skills
