- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent and two to four years’ experience in scheduling, project management or financial reporting systems.
- Under minimal supervision, analyzes project schedules and provides recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
- Analyzes data from financials and communicates results.
- Collaborates with management to ensure proper resources are scheduled for each project. Independently evaluates accuracy of project settlements.
- Assists with the implementation of consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes to meet varying projects.
- Develops relationships through excellent communication skills and acts as a key resource to provide project support as needed.
