This position will be focusing on 3 different aspects of HR Related Administration.
Training Administration
1. Check Training invoices, administer Training Grants and corporate Grants.
2. To Track and update incoming funds and maintain proper records.
3. Conduct research on new corporate assistance schemes and Training courses.
Legal Administration
1. Generate data and liaise with Lawyers on Demand letters.
2. Track and maintain incoming funds.
3. Maintain records of corporate legal bills.
4. Prepare files for potential SCT claim.
5. Might require to meet employees on a regular basis to resolve any RWN issues.
General HR Administration
1. Perform WICA related administration.
2. Monthly process payments for Union and maintain accurate data of unionized members.
3. Monitor and renew Various corporate license / membership applications.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to meet tight deadlines.
Preferably with HR knowledge
